    Regional stewardship of a 7,500-piece corporate art collection, managing acquisitions, exhibitions, and logistics in the Midwest, South, and West. Curated contemporary exhibitions, collection rotations, and employee-facing programming grounded in museum-level care and aligned with client standards.


Director of Collections Management | Artemis Fine Art Services | Dallas | Sep. 2019 – Sep. 2020

    Researched and developed bespoke stewardship programs and bid responses for collections management service contracts. Acted as Project Manager for the duration of contracts, overseeing storage, inventory, collections maintenance, installation, and conservation projects.


Registrar | Castelli Gallery | Registrar | New York | Nov. 2017– Mar. 2018

    Managed the collection and directed operations for a small team across two gallery locations, three off site storage facilities, and two residences. Reconciled physical and digital inventories by implementing ArtBase,referencing archives, and collaborating with studios, estates and foundations.


Registrar | Ronald O. Perelman Collection | New York | Oct. 2016 – Aug. 2017

    Managed a vast private collection of post-war and contemporary art across residential, commercial, and outdoor properties. Coordinated international shipments for acquisitions, rotations, consignments-on-approval, and loans for exhibitions. Created inventories, reconciled  insurance schedules, and addressed the collection’s immediate display, care, storage, and conservation needs. 


Registrar| Lehmann Maupin | New York | Jan. 2015 – Oct. 2016

    Drafted language and executed contracts, inbound and outbound logistics for loans, consignments, and donations for the gallery’s three New York locations. Tracked movement, dictated packing, shipping, and installation requirements on behalf of a dynamic roster of forty international artists. Secured objects and venues for traveling exhibitions; compiled, tracked, and balanced budgets; managed transport, storage, and conservation projects.


Project Manager, International Shipping | Crozier Fine Arts | New York | Mar. 2014 – Jan. 2015

Coordinated fine art logistics on a global scale. Facilitated air and sea freight shipments in compliance with all relevant customs, TSA, and trade regulations. Managed client inventories and provided on-site services while growing a robust international network of colleagues and vendors. 


Operations | Artemis Fine Art Services | Dallas | Mar. 2012 – Feb. 2014

Organized fine art shuttle and exclusive-use shipments. Coordinated the company’s largest national exhibition dispersal to date. Oversaw domestic fine art packing, ground transportation and installation for special projects, traveling exhibitions and art fairs.
